M&A Advisory Firm completes successful recapitalization for well-known Florida Roofing Company

Orlando, Fl., December 1, 2020 – Calder Associates of Florida, a leading M&A Advisory firm specializing in privately held service-related businesses, recently completed a recapitalization between Monument MicroCap Partners, an Indianapolis-based private equity firm, and Kelly Roofing Holdings, LLC. Calder Associates represented Kelly Roofing in this transaction.

Based in Bonita Springs, Florida and founded in 1972, Kelly Roofing installs replacement residential and commercial roofing systems, and repairs existing roofs in Florida. Kelly Roofing’s services include roof replacement, roof repair, accessories (gutters, skylights, roof cleaning, etc.), inspection and insurance claims, and emergency repair work.
